Michael Schumacher has been admitted to hospital for "secret treatment".
The Formula One legend, 50, was taken to the facility in Paris today, reports La Parisien.
He has not been seen in public since his horror skiing accident in the French Alps in 2013.
It left him in a medically-induced coma after suffering severe head injuries.
His family has released very little information about his condition since the accident.
The hospital he has been admitted to is the Georges Pompidou European Hospital.
The German is a seven-time F1 world champion, retiring in 2012.
Earlier this summer, close pal Jean Todt said Schumacher's condition was improving.
He said: "I'm always careful with such statements, but it's true.
"I saw the race together with Michael Schumacher at his home in Switzerland.
"Michael is in the best hands and is well looked after in his house. He does not give up and keeps fighting."
Daily Star Online has approached Schumacher's representatives for comment.
